Feature ticket system Send new feature requests to StarPointer.
Opportunity management Track key information on complex sales opportunities such as opportunity description, decision making team, sales team, competitors involved, type of business, value proposition, strengths and weaknesses.
Contact management Store contact and networking information on prospects, partners, suppliers and competitors.
Activity management workflow Assign tasks to people in the sales team or other departments and follow up on key decisions, tasks and escalations.
Microsoft Excel integration Import existing data such as companies, contacts, product groups and articles, prices, industries, languages, departments, sales regions, countries and lead origin into StarPointer. Export reports and any other tables into Microsoft Excel.
